Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of products and services provided by Ignyte Solutions, PBC, a Public Benefit Corporation registered in the State of Delaware ("Ignyte Solutions," "we," "us"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. No abuse, illegal activity, or attempts to disrupt service integrity.

3. Service

We provide best-effort availability (see uptime commitments) and may update or suspend services as needed.

4. Payments

Fees are billed per plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Taxes may apply.

5. Data

We maintain Zero Traffic Logs; only minimal compliance metadata is retained per our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may terminate for violations or non-payment.

7. Liability

Services are provided "as is." We disclaim indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
