This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of services provided by Ignyte Solutions, PBC, a Public Benefit Corporation registered in the State of Delaware. By using the Services, you agree to this AUP.

Prohibited activities

• Illegal content, abuse, or harassment.
• Malware, botnets, DDoS origination, or attempts to disrupt networks.
• Unauthorized access to systems or services (hacking, scanning without consent).
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Use that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.

Security

Do not attempt to bypass security controls. Report vulnerabilities to security@ignyte.solutions.

Resource fairness

Do not abuse bandwidth or infrastructure in ways that materially degrade service for others.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts for AUP violations and will cooperate with lawful investigations.
